Please read these terms carefully before booking your dream vacation.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Maldives Holiday Package ("Company," "we," "us," "our") acts as a travel arranger and booking agent. We facilitate travel arrangements with third-party service providers including airlines, hotels, resorts, and transfer companies.
2. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when:
- You receive a written confirmation email from us
- The required deposit or full payment is processed successfully
- All traveler information is verified and complete
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion without providing a reason.
3. Payments & Pricing
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking for most packages.
Final Payment: Full payment must be received no later than 45 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 45 days of travel, full payment is required immediately.
Currency: All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on currency fluctuations, taxes, and supplier rates.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and UPI. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to cancellations@maldivesholidaypackage.com. Refunds are processed according to the following schedule:

5. Amendments & Changes
Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur fees:
- Name Changes: $50 per name change, subject to airline/hotel policies.
- Date Changes: $100 per change plus any rate differences.
- Room/Upgrade Changes: Rate differences apply, plus $50 administrative fee.
- Package Changes: Subject to supplier terms and may be treated as cancellation.
All amendment requests must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers:
- Cancellation and interruption
- Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
- Baggage loss or delay
- Travel delays and missed connections
- COVID-19 related cancellations and medical coverage
Maldives Holiday Package is not liable for any losses that could have been covered by travel insurance. Proof of insurance may be required for certain refund exceptions.
7. Passports, Visas & Travel Documents
All travelers are responsible for ensuring they have:
- A valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond the intended stay
- Required visas for entry to Maldives and any transit countries
- Completed immigration forms and travel declarations
- Proof of onward or return travel
- Sufficient funds for the duration of stay
We provide visa guidance but do not guarantee approval. Travelers denied entry due to documentation issues are not eligible for refunds.
8. Health & Vaccinations
Maldives has specific health requirements:
- No mandatory vaccinations for most travelers, but Hepatitis A, Typhoid, and Tetanus are recommended
- Yellow Fever vaccination required for travelers arriving from affected countries
- COVID-19 requirements vary - check current regulations before travel
Consult your healthcare provider at least 4-6 weeks before travel for personalized advice.
9. Liability & Responsibility
Maldives Holiday Package acts as an intermediary and is not liable for:
- Acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, or force majeure events
- Loss, injury, or damage caused by third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.)
- Travel delays, cancellations, or schedule changes beyond our control
- Lost or damaged luggage, personal belongings, or travel documents
- Medical conditions, accidents, or illnesses during travel
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect against these risks.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, earthquakes, tsunamis, or extreme weather
- Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, or political instability
- Government travel restrictions, border closures, or mandatory quarantines
- Airline bankruptcies, strikes, or operational failures
In force majeure events, we will work to rebook or provide travel credits where possible, but refunds may not be available.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Maldives Holiday Package and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Malé, Maldives.
